Whether you have an existing property that needs updating, a new home or business property where you need a basic landscape plan or you need information on how to maintain your existing landscape, this service may address these needs. The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour and will address a specific area of your property, i.e.; a front entryway, around a patio, along a back fence or similar areas. Our Landscape Design staff will meet with you to evaluate your landscape needs and evaluate the on-site conditions and variables, sun vs. shade, wet vs. dry, drainage issues, existing plant material that may be utilized or removed and make recommendations based on your desires and offer solutions. If you just need help in “what, where and how many to plant”, at the end of the consultation you will have a “quick sketch” design that will insure a successful landscape installation.
To-Scale Landscape Planning/Design Service Like our Landscape Consultation, our Landscape Design staff will meet with you to develop a landscape plan that will address all on-site conditions and provides you with a detailed landscape plan that will be drawn To-Scale. Additional time is spent measuring your site to insure an accurate plan when completed. When completed, the To-Scale plan will give you continuity in your landscape to provide you with a Landscape Created to Last! Installation Service - After the completion of the consultation or design service, should you decide that you really do not want to do the installation and want to enjoy the completed installation, we will develop a proposal for the installation that includes plant descriptions and maintenance guidelines and a detailed estimate to complete the installation for you. We offer a two year warranty on any plant material that we install. The first year covers plant material and labor and the second year, only the plant material is covered.
